An unscented nourishing toner is the second version of the Original Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner that excluded all essential oil, which makes it fragrance-free.
Fermented 100% Korean-produced black rice extracts(2,000ppm) provide hydration and nourishment deep into the skin enabling the skin to maintain its best condition.
Contains Hyaluronic Acid for moisturizing the skin and Beta-Glucan for enhancing skin regeneration. Gives a boost of hydration and alleviated tightness in the inner layer.
